Cole Turner is a half-demon, a being of evil, tasked by the Source of All Evil to spread Evil's manifesto. As such, Cole can sense the evil, or the potential of evil, in Mortals, with the aim of fostering that evil.

Cole, however, is trying his best to be Good. But that doesn't stop him from being able to sense evil.

His other powers are as follows:

Active:
Apportation - The ability to teleport objects
Energy Balls - The ability to throw balls of energy, similar to electrical discharges.
Incineration - The ability to incinerate objects/beings with a gesture
Shapeshifting (Limited) - Cole can shift between his human form and his demonic form (Belthazor) at will
Shimmering - The ability to teleport via a "shimmer", an ability held by demons.
Super Strength - Strength beyond that of a normal human
Telekinesis - The ability to move objects with the mind

Passive:
Adjusting - The ability to fight through molecular inhibitory powers/effects
High Resistance - The ability to resist a high amount of physical and magical damage and survive. He is one of the few demons to survive Piper Halliwell's Molecular Combustion technique.
Immortality - The ability to live forever.
Sensing - The ability to sense other beings. (Mostly Evil in other beings)
Illusion Casting - The ability to conjour illusions.

If your character is evil, or has the potential for evil, please note this in the comments. Alternatively, if you'd prefer your character to not be affected by any of Cole's other powers, please note this.

I'm cool with all of the above with everyone :) My characters are all pretty much good guys. Morally grey in some ways but none of them evil ;)

Should be okay for both Twelve and Cridhe.

Cridhe is the more fragile of the two. But that's more because she doesn't know her own strength yet and her ring suppresses some of her abilities.

Beyond that neither are evil (even though the Doctor constantly sees himself as 'not good').

If anything comes up, I'm always open to PMs about anything. :)

Bob isn't evil. Couldn't be evil if he actually tried. The one time he thought he killed a guy, he didn't die and Bob redeemed himself. He's also a ghost.

Chang is... evil, I guess? I mean, he's no demon, he's fairly mild. He'll kill you but it's not an evil impulse for his people, so I don't know how you want to approach that. He is definitely a backstabber, so that'll probably put him over the line.

Charmed. Not really with the shades of grey. Up to you how you approach it, I don't really mind.

(god so much facepalming is going on in my head right now, I don't even know if Picard's is the loudest)

Noting that I am chill with anything you can throw at any of mine. I've been pondering what Cole may be able to sense, so I am curious if his evil-sensing is more like a bloodhound picking up a scent or something more like premonition? IE, you mention he can sense the potential for evil, so is that like seeing a future that hasn't happened yet (but will), or just the possibility that it may happen?

Gotcha, that does help! In that case, he may not sense too much from any of mine, but Kate Barlow maaay be an exception. While moral ambiguity is more the flavor of the day with most of mine, Kate is an actual criminal with bodies in her wake. She's not a villain in the sense that she's bad or evil, but she definitely does bad, bad things, so the possibility of conversion would feel stronger with her than any of my dumb heroes.

Ha, I think he'd have a hell of a time (no pun intended) actually doing it, but actively trying or not I figured he'd still be able to sense it in her. Unless he can turn those senses off.

Lovely to see a Cole here. :) I'm a leetle bit familiar with the Charmed fandom, but by no means an expert.

My only character here is an angel, so one might not think there's evil there. BUT. Phoenix was a dark angel to start with, one of gods henchmen. He was also once attacked and nearly killed by a powerful demon god, which left its mark. Phoenix's snow white wings now have black-tipped flight feathers, and when he's stressed or about to fight or kill, his eyes blacken over. So there's potential for evil in there.

Any angel-demon interaction would be great if these guys do bump into each other. I'm happy to agree to my guy being probably less powerful than your guy.

I'm cool with all of the above for both of my girls.

Helena does have a dark side to her. She's actually a murderer (technically meets the criteria for being a serial killer), but she's trying to not be that kind of person anymore. Her dark side was brought about by her daughter being murdered. But for all of her trying to be good, she definitely still has a dark, murderous side to her that at times does try to come out, mostly when people she loves are hurt.

Mara also has evil in her. She's on the Dark Side of the Force currently, though she operates with a pragmatism and moral code that most on the Dark Side may not have. So while she does have evil within her (she's an assassin after all!), she also has the potential for good. She just needs to be shown that.

sorry about the tl:dr

Okay with stuffed getting tossed at my guys though the twins'll fight back.

As for the evil sensor - I'm not really sure about the twins. They've got a skewed sense of good and evil. They're perfectly willing to murder the shit out of someone - and have done so in the past - but only if the person has done something to harm other people. To them it's a job that needs to be done. It's not a nice job, but someone has to do it. Better that they do it than someone else. Even if they do take some delight in the violence. If that makes sense?

They don't think they're evil. Other people would. But it's highly unlikely that they'll ever go "traditionally" evil because that goes against everything they've been raised to believe.

So, I'm perfectly willing to go with whatever you think best in this situation since you know how Cole's powers work more than I do.

Alec will just give whatever the equivalent of static would be.

Definite potential for evil here. He (accidentally) blew up a building when he was 14 and the resulting 4 years in juvenile detention taught him a lot of things, good and bad. If he wanted, and had the right materials, Aidan could cause serious property damage and/or damage to people.

Using any abilities on him will blow his mind. If there's reason to do so, I'm all for it.
